Sonnet started with a simple observation: the couples who stay close aren't the ones who never struggle — they're the ones who keep talking.
Somewhere between busy mornings, work stress, household logistics, and the endless scroll of screens, the conversations that once came so easily start to fade. Not because love fades, but because life gets loud.
We built Sonnet for couples who want to find their way back to each other — not through therapy or dramatic interventions, but through something simpler: meaningful conversation.
Why 14 questions?
A sonnet is a poem of 14 lines. It's a complete thought, beautifully contained — long enough to say something real, short enough to feel achievable.
Each Sonnet session gives you 14 thoughtfully crafted questions. Enough to go deep, but not so many that it feels like work. It's a ritual you can return to again and again.
Connection isn't about grand gestures. It's about showing up, again and again, and choosing to be curious about the person you love.
What we believe
We believe that every couple has the capacity to reconnect — they just need the right questions and a space that feels safe to explore them.
We believe that intimacy isn't just physical — it's emotional, intellectual, playful, and spiritual. Sonnet covers all of it.
We believe that the best relationships aren't perfect. They're the ones where both people keep trying, keep talking, keep learning about each other.
Who we are
Sonnet is built by a small, independent team who care deeply about relationships — our own and yours. We're not a big corporation or a venture-backed startup chasing growth at all costs. We're just people who wanted to make something genuinely useful.
We'd love to hear from you. If you have questions, feedback, or just want to say hello, drop us a line at hello@sonnet.love.
With love,
The Sonnet Team
